Vedanta will consider a proposal for issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, which the company said is a part of its routine refinancing that is undertaken in ordinary course of business.

Multibagger stock: SJVN shares rose 4.24% to a high of Rs 96.45 on BSE. Market cap of SJVN rose to Rs 37,293 crore.
Shares of Paramount Communications hit an upper circuit of 5 per cent to Rs 82.69, commanding a total market capitalization of more than Rs 2,025 crore.
EbixCash World Money, the promoter of Delphi World Money shall be offloading 16.30 lakh equity shares or 14.65 per cent stake of the company.
